FAQ

When will my order ship?  Our goal is to ship each order within 72 hours.  Most of the time, it is much faster but occasionally it may take a bit longer due to high volume of orders.  This is particularly true around Christmas and Mother's Day.

How is shipping calculated?  We actually use the most advanced shipping system available.  Each order is individually calculated using the weight and dimension of the item as well as the zip code to which it is being shipped.  The prices are provided direct from the carrier you choose.  There is no guesswork involved thus ensuring you get an accurate quote for your order.

Do you allow returns?  As a general rule, all sales are final.  Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.  Please measure accurately before placing your order.  If you have questions, feel free to ask!

What if my item arrives damaged?  Please let us know within 24 hours if your item is damaged upon arrival.  We can then work with the delivery service to reach a solution.  We will need pictures of the packaging as well as the item itself.

Do you offer coupons or discounts?  YES!  Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest sales, coupon codes, and discounts as well as new item arrivals!

Do you offer wholesale pricing?  It depends.  Some items do not avail themselves to wholesale while others may.  Just contact us for a custom quote.
