Door and Decor, LLC uses calculated shipping from the major US package carriers.  We link directly to their shipping quote engine to provide you with accurate shipping costs to your delivery destination. 

We generally ship items from our warehouse within 72 hours (not counting weekends) of order receipt.  There are times when the shipping time frame may be a bit slower such as Christmas and Mother's Day.  However, we rarely run longer than 5 days for any shipment.

We make every effort to protect your item during shipping.  if it were to arrive damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and we will work with you and the delivery service to reach a solution quickly.
